We all have been salivating over this yet-to-be beaten tablet and seems like it is getting more and more within our reach. Orange UK has announced its contract pricing for Apple iPad. The 3G-enabled tablet has been priced at £199 or $312 for the 16GB model, whereas 32GB and 64GB models have the price tags of £249 and £349 respectively.
However, you will need to sign a two year contract with Orange UK and the contract will cost you £27 per month. Under this plan, you will get 1 GB of data which you can use any time and another 1 GB data which will be available only during off-peak time. Another perk of the contract is 3 GB worth of BT Openzone WiFi access every month. Orange has started accepting pre-orders today.
The plan certainly sounds good and is likely to be replicated by the competition. Recently, we had also reported about 3G-only network Three planning to offer subsidized, with-contract iPad. So we say, let the price war begun!
