Samsung Galaxy Tab seems to have hit the right nerve as the company announced that it has sold 600,000 units of its Galaxy
Tablet within a month of its release. This figure has certainly confirmed that Galaxy is the most popular Android tablet around. However, it is still lagging behind iPad, which sold a million units in 28 days of its launch. Samsung, apparently, is satisfied with its performance though. The company also reported that its demand outstripped the supply of the tablet.
Apple seems to be determined to beat Galaxy on its home turf as well. Samsung sold 30,000 of its tab in the Korean market. The milestone was accomplished within a week of the tablet's release. However, iPad, which is set to be unveiled in the Korean market on 30th of this month, has already raked up 40, 000 pre-orders. So, what are you going to buy this holiday season?
