You can use your iPhone to track many things, however, now there is a new addition to the list. You shiny gadget can now even track your happiness. A new app called "Track Your Happiness" will ping you at random times during the day and will enquire you about your disposition. It may sound a bit nosey, but the app will also make a note of the activities you were doing while you answered these questions.
You can customize this app to set the frequency of how often you want to be contacted for the data collection. You can also customize the times when the app should contact you. Harvard researchers used this app on 2,250 adults and it concluded that 46.9% of the respondents were 'daydreaming' when the app contacted them.
