After the merger last year between Mio and Navman they are now showcasing the first of the new range of SatNavs. The Mio Moov which comes in 3 models Moov 200 (regional and EU), Moov 330 (regional and EU) and Moov 370.
The top end Mio 370, comes with a 4.3 inch screen, Bluetooth for hand free calling and local searching, and the Tele Atlas 3D European maps of 22 countries.
It looks as though the ‘Mio-Navman marriage’ has integrated the strong points from both sides, so you get Mio’s hardware as well as their well loved 3D maps and Navman�s easy to use address entry. However, with Navman software, it looks as though the iGo software may not be here for long.
The new devices will also be using the ‘Instant Fix II’ technology by Sirf, which predicts the locations of the satellites so it can get a fix within 5 seconds. It sounds like there�s no more cold starts just switch on and Moov…
