Apple may have 95 percent market share in the tablet segment, but the company's dominance is not going to deter other companies from entering the fray. The tablet is equipped with 1.66GHz Atom processor, 16 GB SSD drive and 1 GB of RAM. It also has a 1024×600 pixel LED multitouch display. Both the operating systems will be pre-installed on the tablet and it will also have a videoconferencing software and Flash support.

ViewPad 7 will also have dual camera where its front facing camera has 0.3 MP resolution and rear facing camera sports 3 MP resolution. The tablet will have 512 MB RAM and its 7 inch display is WVGA LCD. Both the tablets come with microSDHC support of up to 32 GB. ViewPad 7 will be available later this year whereas for dual booting 10-inch tablet, you have to wait till 2011. Now, the price tag! An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
