Novatech is set to launch a new tablet called the nTablet. One notable new feature about this tablet device is that it will be able to run the Windows 7 and Google android operating systems.
The nTablet will give users the option on start-up to run the device on either Android or Windows 7. This means the device can be used to take advantage of the strengths of each operating system, such as using Android for quick tasks such as checking emails, and then using Windows 7 for tasks which require more power.
Specs for the nTablet include; a 1024 x 600 pixel display, an Intel Atom processor which runs at 1.66GHz, 1GB of DDR3 memory, 32GB of SSD storage and an 1.3-Megapixel camera.
As for prices, expect to pay $552 if you don't want Windows 7, and $693 if you do want to use it. At this moment, there is supposedly a downside of running Windows 7 on the device according to PC Pro in that it is currently a little sluggish.
While using their double OS may have it's advantages, and the device is well specced, will the double OS put people off with it's current disavantages and price?
