The Nexus Two. The rumours have started but is is their any truth to them? Gizmondo seems to think so. The website did get hold of iPhone 4 prototypes a few months back, so it's got a good (if not slightly illegal) track-record of handling 'rumoured/uncoming smartphones'.
Apparently the second instalment of The Nexus has been confirmed by a friend of a writer at Gizmodo.
The unnamed source told Gizmondo writer, Matt Buchanan that the Nexus Two is “so different” from the Nexus One. In what why you ask?
Let's look at some of the specs as quoted by the mystery source:
"It is black and shiny build with glossy plastic" (in contrast to Nexus one's matt grey design.)
"It is rather curvy, just like its predecessor but appears to be tapered towards the bottom, which makes it feel thinner than the popular Samsung Galaxy S."
Plus the source cites a "4-inch AMOLED touchscreen" and "front-facing camera"
Well it's better than nothing, but we'd sure like to know some of the internal specs.
For now, Hail the all new black and shiny Nexus.
Oh, and by the way, "It's going to be made by Samsung."
