The PSPgo hasnt't really done very well. It was picking up bad publicity left, right and centre before it was even released due to its doing away with UMD in favour of downloading.
Then the $250 price tag didn't do the device any favours.
The word is that in an attempt to push up sales, the PSPno-go will be receiving a price cut of around $50. It's a start but is it really going to be enough to increase sales? $200 is still steep for handset that to be honest, offers nothing special.
Even the uber generous 10 game giveaway that was wafting around in the summer wasn't enough to tempt consumers, so if the price cut doesn't work, what's next for Sony?
At the moment, nothing has been said as to whether or not the PSPgo in the UK will be receiving a similar price reduction, but it does seem inevitable.
So what do you think of the PSPgo, why is it struggling so much?
