Highly anticipated Wii Remote Plus has finally got a release date, at least for the Japanese market. The coveted gaming accessory will grace the Japanese store shelves on November 11th. However, Nintendo, continuing its trend, did not disclose the date for international launch. Wii Remote Plus will also be available with Wii Sports Resort. It is anticipated that Nintendo is looking to phase out older Wiimote, since it will start bundling newer remote with Wii Systems, starting the launch date.
The price for the controller has been set at 3,800 yen or $46, whereas if you choose to purchase the bundled offer of game+Controller, then you will have to take a hit of $70 or 5,800 yen. The company is also expected to release a red colored Nunchuk, however the date of its release has not been divulged. The new remote is available in five colors : White, black, pink, blue and red. Since the international release date for the accessory is not out yet, we think booking a Japan-bound flight is in order. How about you?
