Sony is all set to hold its Google TV event on October 12th, but we certainly can not wait that long to get skinny on the new device. So,
here are the latest rumors about the device's specs. Sony is expected to debut with four new models viz. NSX-24GT1, NSX-32GT1, NSX-40GT1, and NSX-46GT1. As the names are self-explanatory, these models will feature 24-, 32, 40- and 46-inch screens.
The TVs will feature an Intel processor and will be internet ready. The TVs will also support flash sites. Apart from this, you will also be able to conduct video search, Web search and gaming on these TVs.
As for the pricing, 32 inches model will deplete your bank account by $1299.99, whereas for 40 inches and 46 inches model, you will have to take a hit of $1499.99 and $1899.99 respectively. No pricing information for the 24 inches model yet. On a related note, Sony Internet TV Box, NSZ-GT1 is likely to come with a Blu-ray player. The device has been listed on an internal website and features an "eject" button along wit HDMI cable and WLAN module.
