Thanks to Apple putting future devices into the firmware of their products, we can usually get a leak on potential upcoming products. Well, thanks to the new Apple TV and 9to5Mac, we have a screenshot from the firmware (below) which has names for three devices we could be seeing in the not so distant future.

The image shows two new iPhones with the tags "iPhone3.2" and "iPhone3.3" (the current iPhone 4 is given the tag "iPhone3.1") which seems fairly unusual (to have two), but it is speculated that these tags are for the long talked about Verizon and T-Mobile iPhones.

Just as interesting though, the image shows a third unknown device with the tag "unknownHardware" which could be very much up for speculation. Are we looking at an upcoming iPad perhaps? Leave your thoughts below.

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
