A little while back, we told you the story of the Nintendo 3DS accessory designer who may have unintentionally revealed a release date for the Nintendo 3DS. After posting a tweet that suggested it was coming out the same time as his accessories, we have been brought to believe that it is coming out on November 20th (in Japan first naturally).
However, a German newspaper called Bild has revealed a different launch date. According to Bild, the Nintendo 3DS is due to be launched in Japan on November 11th and will be coming to Europe at a later date in Spring 2011. The paper says that the Europe launch date isn't as definite as the Japanese one.
The Paper also has made claims at some of what some of the launch games will be for the Nintendo 3DS including; Mario Kart 3D, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, and Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle.
However, Kotaku points out that Bild has a reputation for printing untrue stories or for saying things without a source, so perhaps we shouldn't be so quick to assume this date right. My money's still on the Twitter slip. What are your thoughts on these potential release dates and release games? Leave your thoughts below.
