The yet to be announced Samsung galaxy tab, which has been seen being used by an individual in Australia yesterday, has had some revealing images leaked today. The photographed tablet is assumed to be different to the one seen yesterday due to the language shown in the shots.
The tablet device, made from a lightweight plastic, supposedly has a 1024 x 600 resolution with a 3.2 megapixel camera, a front facing camera, GPS, and is expected to have a 3G connection. There is also a built in eBook reader app which the tipster who has the device said is the best they have ever used on an android device (seen running on Froyo). It is assumed however, that if you have a preference for Kindle, you will be able to install it.
The device is going to be run on a 1GHz Arm processor and it is expected to have a PowerVR SGX540 graphics accelerator.
The device is expected to be announced at IFA 2010, and we could be looking at a launch this year. How will the tablet compare to Apple's current monopoly on tablet devices? Leave your thoughts below.
