Senior analyst at Digitimes Research has predicted that Apple will launch a new MacBook Air and iPod touch in time for the winter holiday season.
Mingchi Kuo cities "discussions with upstream component makers" and states that the new tech will be manufactured by the Quanta Computers and will see the MacBook Air using Intel I-series of chips.
He added, ""The new iPod touch will feature a 3-megapixel camera, capable of both photo and video recording, and will adopt Apple's latest A4 processor."
The predictions seem accurate as both products are due for a refresh and will be available in the second half of 2010.
Info for the new MacBook Air is scarce but let's hope it's not as hopeless as the last one - as it had one USB and no CD drive.
