Apple have just released iOS 4.1 to developers which they mentioned would include a fix to the signal problems. However, although the signal bars seem to be showing up better than before, it would appear that the the actual antenna problems have not been fixed at all.

It is clear that there are still problems with the iPhone 4 antenna even after it was believed that Apple would have fixed it to shut the critics up before their iPhone 4 press conference tomorrow, but that hasn’t been the case and instead the problem is still there. So will Apple talk about the iPhone 4 antenna problems or avoid the subject tomorrow? Well we’ll have to wait and see…

I think the antenna fault is a hardware fault and no software upgrades is going to make any difference.
