Toshiba has announced a new smartbook and notebook.
The Toshiba Liberto W100 Dual Screen Notebook which uses a virtual keyboard makes use of Windows 7 touch features giving its users the ability to drag applications from screen to screen and can be used in both portrait and landscape modes.
The Liberto features an Intel U5400 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 62GB solid state drive aUSB 2.0 port and 1 megapixel web camera. A full battery will give you up to five hours of usage.
It will go on sale in the UK later in the summer. There are no details as yet on how much it will cost.
The Toshiba AC100 notebook has a 10.1 inch display and a 1,024 x 600 pixel resolution. It runs on Google's Android 2.1 OS and features a 32GB solid state drive, a battery that will give you up to 8 hours of usage, as well as Bluetooth and a 1.3 megapixel web camera. There are currently no details on pricing or availability.
