So much for Steve Jobs’ comment on it been “the same price as the 3GS”. I was more expecting £450 than £499, we probably match the dollar at $499 knowing the way our government is. But seen as its going to be available on O2, Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, 3 and possibly Virgin, I think they’ll be competitive prices somewhere down the line. I mean, the iPhone 3GS before was for some reason £6 cheaper on Orange than o2, for whatever reason why.

  • I had been hoping to pre-order an iPhone on contract today, as most providers said we’d be able to.
But seeing as no one but vodafone has released pricing plans, i don’t think that’s going to happen.

  • I love the fact that there are two cameras on the new iphone!

An absolute tech junky, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Computing and now live on the outskirts of Leeds working with you guessed it, Computers. I love all things gadgety but really dislike wires. For those of you who haven’t worked it out the name of the site is a combination of my nickname (Gaj) and the pronunciation ‘Gadget’.
