With Google only launching their new OS, FroYo recently it would appear that already the Android smartphone community are wanting a slice of the FroYo action. Last week it was the HTC Magic which got an unofficial port over to the Android 2.2 Froyo, and now news has come in that the HTC Evo has been seen to include the new Google OS.

Android 2.2 Froyo has been ported onto the HTC Evo 4G by a chap called Richard Ross. Although, the HTC Evo 4G is expected to be released this Friday in the US, it has been suggested that the phone in the video is one of the devices handed out to all attendees at the Google I/O event.

So for all of you that will be looking to get a HTC Evo on Sprint in the next coming weeks, you might want to look out also for step by step instructions on how to port the new phone over to Froyo shortly, but for now have a look at the video for yourself below:
