Google's mobile phone, the Nexus One is expected to see a UK release date of April this year. According to reports from the Telegraph, an exact date is still quite sketchy at the moment and pricing is still unknown but we should be looking at the arrival of the Nexus One sometime in April.
Vodafone, the official carrier of the Nexus One has been keen to launch the phone in March, however they have confirmed that a likely release date will be April.
Marked as the 'superphone' by Google, it didn't receive the same response by US customers who found faults with the phone’s 3G connectivity and their elusive customer support. As well as this, the Nexus One didn't receive the same comparable sales as the Apple iPhone, however some industry experts have blamed this on Google's lack of promotional and marketing activity compared to the Apple iPhone.
In terms of specification, the Nexus One sports a high resolution 480 x 800 pixels screen which measures 3.7 inches. Under it's bonnet the CPU runs at 1GHz and uses a Snapdragon processor.
