Brando Mobile Telescope or the “Mobiscope” Reviewed

Author: Saf | Files under Mobiles, Photo & Video

Brando Mobile Telescope

Overview

All guys take caution when buying this item as attaching this to your mobile and popping it in your pocket may offer some unscrupulous looks from passers-by who may think that it is more than your mobile that is pleased to see them!

Let us introduce you to the Brando Mobile Telescope or what we like to call the mobiscope. Its not only digital SLRs that are good at adding on an oversized lens on their camera to give us optimum picture quality but now Brando has got into the race with its telescope for mobiles which will add 6x optical zoom.

Brando Mobile Telescope Before and After Shot

Review

Brando have launched a telescope with a 6x optical zoom lens which will allow you to get up close and personal to any number of unsuspecting souls when you’re out and about, without losing out on picture quality. When I used it I certainly got to snap a few unruly pictures which I might add are too explicit to show on this site. The lens comes in various versions with attachments for Sony Ericsson or Nokia mobiles.

However, I cant help thinking that gluing this to your phone may give the impression that youre a crazy stalker rather than an aspiring photographer. Also, the telescope is only compatible on selected Sony Ericsson and Nokia mobiles so check out your phone compatibility before getting your greasy mitts on one.

The Gaj-it Verdict

  • Design: 7/10
  • Usability: 9/10
  • Features: 8/10
  • Value for Money: 10/10
  • Love: Excellent picture quality and zoom compared to your standard camera phone.
  • Loathe: Not compatible on all models

We Say: If you want more from your camera phone, then the mobiscope could be an excellent addition, but before you get carried away by buying it check that its compatible with your phone by following this link mobile.brando.com.hk.

    Hi Guys,

We are not resellers we actually reviewed the Telescope and gave our unbiased view. As far as I am aware they do ship internationally it will cost you 3 USD to ship.

I hope that helps and please post any other questions or even feedback on the product.
    Cheers,
    Gaj

Unfortunately I can’t answer all your questions as I live in the UK.
