The new 360 Elite has now been released in the US with a slicker look, bigger 120 GB hard disk and HDMI output. This is great news for all those who don’t have a next-gen console and is selling fast.
This moves the console closer to the PS3 but it still lacks an integrated HD-DVD player like the PS3′s Blu-ray player. For most gamers it’s great to be able to pay for the HD-DVD player only if you want it instead of paying a premium price for a console. Another improvement is the quite but still bulky power supply which I hope had shrunk.
Overall this new console is much more attractive than its predecessor.
