*UPDATE This ‘delay’ as reported by OnlyGizmos.com 27/Oct is actually referring to an SE blog post which is a month old So there is in fact no further delay and

Apple seem to really be having a problem with their White iPhone 4, with it once again receiving a massive delay. This delay is the third huge one with the initial release
