If you didn’t have an iPod before Christmas, chances are right now you’re using one to listen to your new Dido CD that was also packaged in your stocking. Now I love using technology in day-to-day life, but only when it works. I hate calling a helpline and reaching a computer who wants me to actually talk to it.
