For you gamers out there, everyone’s favorite enthusiast PC and laptop manufacturer, Alienware, are launching five new computers for you to drool over. One laptop, a Micro ATX PC, and a full tower, also ALX versions of the two desktop PCs. The laptop is an addition to theAlienware M17 notebook that has been about for some time, and is called the M15x, a fifteen inch notebook to the M17’s seventeen inch notebook. Then there are the two desktops, theAurora, and the Alienware Area 51. Roll up, roll up, and we will take you through the new line up of aspirational computers form the enigmatic Alienware.

Edifier is a brand name I have come to respect. Their kit is usually well built, well designed, produces fantastic quality sound, and costs a lot. The other day though, I received the Edifier e3350, 2.1 speakers. What is special about these though is the price. At just under £60.00 these speakers are happily affordable, but are they any good? The recent story about a 12 year old boy in the states who had his mobile confiscated and searched after it rang in a class, highlights a growing problem in schools, not only in the USA, but also in the UK. A Mississippi pupils mobile phone was confiscated, and subsequently searched by the schools staff, and Mississippi authorities.

The Pirate Bay has been in all sorts of trouble with the Swedish authorities again, and yesterday it was thought to be curtains for the internets leading torrent tracking site. After the sites ISP, Black Internet, had cut them off from the public at large, by orders of the Stockholm district court. The Pirate Bay found a new supplier that would accept their traffic, and after a shaky start, they are back up and running.
