bought plug ins off ebay installed these sometimes work sometimes not found internet very slow will not let me play youtube vids ,keep gettn flashplayer 9 on screen.can someone help me its doing my head in cheers

I’ve been looking at these for while and they look really cool. My mates use them to bring movies round like a portable media centre.
