It is also running pretty feeble hardware, not matching the spec from HTC for the Magic. This really should be referred to as the HTC Vodafone in a Magic case... If you buy this expecting to join the rapidly advancing world of Android, then stop - do not buy - you could be locked into an already outdated OS with no possibility of updating without hacking it and risking your warranty.
