Vodafone neglected to mention that there would be no ongoing support for this device though. it is not possible to download updates or new ROMS developed by HTC for the Magic. It is also running pretty feeble hardware, not matching the spec from HTC for the Magic. This really should be referred to as the HTC Vodafone in a Magic case... If you buy this expecting to join the rapidly advancing world of Android, then stop - do not buy - you could be locked into an already outdated OS with no possibility of updating without hacking it and risking your warranty.
