Mario & Sonic Winter Olympics confirmed

Due to the success of the first Mario & Sonic outing on the Wii, Nintendo have confirmed rumours surrounding the release of its second instalment – Mario & Sonic Winter Olympics.

Packed with such activities as skiing and ice hockey, Sega had yet to release confirmation on the release. I think it can be an easy bet it will be in time for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010.

So get ready to get you ice skates on and who knows maybe a balance board compatibility option will be available.
