If you usually face a fight for the remote control when EastEnders is on, then the BBC’s latest announcement will come as welcome news.
Both BBC One and BBC Two will be broadcast live on the web from 27 November, just in time for all of those lunch breaks you’ll be spending at your desk thanks to Arctic temperatures outside.
To access this service, you will need a TV licence and it’s only available in the UK, so unfortunately won’t be of any help the next time you find yourself in a French motel for the night.
This live streaming will not only come in handy on your PC or laptop, but will also be great for on-the-go web enabled devices.
If you’re not usually a One or Two watcher, there are still simulcast broadcasts of BBC Three, BBC Four, CBBC, CBeebies and BBC News online via the BBC website.
