Wii Browser Update:- Coming to a Wii Near You

Just in time for the Xmas rush Wii will be updating their browser software to version 2.0, new features will include (drum roll)

New Buttons (Woohoo new things to press)
Tab Support (….about time but it only supports upto 6)
Access to Wii Mail through the browser (So no more channel hopping then)

It’s also being rumored that support for WiiSpeak will be added as well but this has yet to be confirmed by the Nintendo gods………..so we might be talking on-line through the Wii internet channel?

Who knows but its about time the channel was updated, Nintendo are not getting in the Xmas credit crunch mood however as the channel will still cost you 500 Wii points to download, unless you already have it then it will be free.
