The GPS Wrist Tracker, which can be strapped to your wrist just like any normal watch and used for live tracking will soon be available for the public to buy.
Does this mean that soon bosses will be buying this device to keep tabs on you when you’re at work? If this is the case, then no longer will you be able to take that ‘detour’ after that business meeting or be able to pop into your favourite coffee shop on your lunch break and claim that the ‘line was huge’.
The way this is configured can be through the use of a USB cables or by text messages to the phone. The device can then send you’re tracking details to either a pre-set mobile phone number or if you have access to a service that can interface with the device where the device location can be viewed online.
The full details can be viewed here, but it seems the time of Big Brother is nigh and they are now giving their power to the employers.
