It has Flash 10.1 - and nobody on the planet can download that to their own phone. Nope. So, uh, are the phone strickly GSM, or is there a CDMA variety, or maybe a "world phone" combo - like the HTC Touch Pro 2 offered by Sprint? On a related note: Windows 7 Mobile is gonna be crap because you won't be able to load your own software - you'll have to get everything from a Microsoft store, like the cursed iPhone.
