Sony Ericsson Vivaz – a true camera phone

We all know that phones these days tend to be judged on three things – aps, camera and price tag. The iPhone rules the aps and the price tag it has to be admitted, so the competition for the hottest camera is going strong.

Step forward the Sony Ericsson Vivaz – so tuned in to the camera phone element that I wasn’t even sure if it was a phone the first time I saw it! It boast an 8.1 mega pixel HD camera able to take photos and video, with face and smile detection, and up to 4x digital zoom. Maybe not as many mega pixels as it’s cousin the Satio, but that HD component really helps it tip the scales and compete against HD camera phone released by the likes of Samsung and HTC.

And since it comes in pink and blue, you could even get matching ones for Valentines Day!
