Remember the RC anti-gravity car that was so popular last year, thanks to Top Gear’s GMTV prank? Well, this is that in insect form.

Weighing just 46g, the remote control ladybird or spider can climb up walls, across mirrors and even upside down across the ceiling! (Note – DO NOT walk it across the mirror when your girlfriend is doing her eyeliner if you want to see 2010).

The insect is completely rechargeable, however the transmitter takes six AA batteries which rather defeats the point. Looks cool though, and would be really fun for parties. When the children who you’ve bought it for have finished playing with it obviously…
