It’s sounding a bit same old, same old, but GMail is once again offline for a number of users, including myself.
I’ve been trying to log onto my account for the last 15 minutes and have been faced with a constant refreshing screen before finally receiving the error message: 414 Request- URI Too Large.
Nothing seems to have registered on the Google Apps Status Dashboard so I for one am waiting in hope for a quick fix to access my all important fan mail.
The free email service is used by more than 113 million users worldwide making it something of a big deal when it hits the skids.

Yeah, I’ve been unable to load google or facebook for about 12 hours now… Frustrating. And frustrating to see how frustrating it is.

Gmail is back for me. It was down but now up…
same her in austria / tirol … with local providers googlemail is not accessible .. even no dns info
BUT using TOR everything works after some idnentity changes … at the moment i’m using an exit-node at xentos.net everything works perfect ! just a little slow ! thank’s to the tor team !
I’m having this dastardly problem right now,as is my husband on his gmail account. Hope it fixes soon……
