It seems that the courts are coming down hard on file sharers and it seems that its not only just Men who are the culprits on what people define as a very male orientated field.

A British woman has been ordered to pay £6,000 to Topware Interactive in damages and £10,000 for costs and disbursements after she downloaded the companies Pinball game known as Dream Pinball 3D from an as yet unkown file-sharing site.

So is this the end for such people, or will downloading clients find a way to make thier users identity and download activities a secret?
